Is Walsall in the West Midlands, or in the Black Country? Or is it in Greater Birmingham? Possibly in the West Midlands Combined Authority

Not long ago, residents of Birmingham and Coventry voted against having an elected Mayor.

Under new government plans they might get an elected Mayor anyway and a new adminsitrative are amight be created.

What that area might be called is still up for (heated) discussion.
